ZEUS says: "The great increase in political power in some presumed non-political entities such as charities and religions, has changed the rules dramatically as this troubled world enters a new belligerent and dangerous era; perhaps this development will lead to a redefinition of the current favored treatment of such entities and return more of the wealth of nations, in the form of social benefits, to the people whose toil has created it."
